The Australian Government’s Entrepreneurs’ Programme provided expert advice and financial support to help small and medium sized businesses develop and grow. 

We were engaged by the programme to deliver a number of in person and online interactive workshops with programme participants and prospects. Our Growth Acceleration content introduced proven frameworks that helped teams create stronger customer value, improve their brand proposition, and increase their competitive advantage and strategic success. 

The process was both educative and interactive, with participants working on their own business and providing ideas for others attending the session. Individual follow up meetings were also provided to accelerate action and build stronger levels of organisational alignment. 

Formal feedback provided by participants in the programme was overwhelmingly positive across all KPI’s. As a result a number of the attendees utilised their grants to work directly with us to develop their growth strategies, and better implement their plans. 

The sectors that were covered by the programme ranged from agriculture and tourism, to manufacturing, technology, and reached organisations across all states and territories in Australia. 

Whilst the government programme is now closed, we have sustained the strong relationship we built with participants and Growth Facilitators, and remain totally committed to helping Australian businesses accelerate their growth and reach their potential.
